A name or place entered in a search box passes to the third-party provider that operates that tool. This site does not store or log those query terms on its own systems.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, it is retained as needed to respond. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Automatic Technical Data
Routine logs and analytics may record:

- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- The referring site, when available

Links lead to the Franklin County Regional Jail roster, sheriff and police pages, Kentucky portals, federal locators, news sources, and outside search tools. Once you leave, that service's privacy policy applies.
Advertising partners may track activity across sites to select ads. That processing occurs on their systems, not this site's own records.

Personal information is not sold. It may be provided to:

This notice may be revised. A change takes effect when the updated version and its new effective date are posted here. Kentucky public-record access is separately governed by KRS 61.870 through 61.884 when a visitor deals with a government custodian.
